NORTEMPO is also committed to refraining from collecting unnecessary information about the User. Therefore, NORTEMPO is committed to handling the personal information that the User may provide on this website with great diligence.
Pursuant to Organic Law No. 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree No. 1720/2007 implementing LOPD, we hereby inform you that in order to use certain services on our website, you will be required to provide specific personal data via registration forms or by sending messages via email, and that the foregoing elements will be processed and included in our files, making us their holders and responsible for them. By sending your personal data, you expressly consent to said data being processed, although said consent may be revoked and shall not apply retroactively.

Use of your personal data
The requested data are appropriate, relevant and strictly necessary in terms of the purpose for which they are collected and under no circumstances are you obliged to provide them; however, the data in the forms marked with an asterisk (*) must be provided in order to fulfil their corresponding purpose. Furthermore, you hereby assert that the data provided are accurate, true and pertinent for the purposes for which they are requested.
Our website collects your personal data via the submission of different forms and via email:
— Via the “Contact” link you can request any kind of information or raise any query or concern.
— Via the “Enter your CV/Upload your CV” link, we ask that you provide us with your personal data so that we can use said data and your CV to include you in our personnel selection processes. Upon registration, you will be provided with a user name and password to apply for our job openings. Furthermore, the data generated during the selection processes will be included in our files. Your data will be included in our CV files.
— Via the “Request quote” link, we ask that you provide us with your personal data in order contact you and create a tailor-made quote, in addition to sending commercial information to you henceforth. Your data will be included in our Management files. Furthermore, unless you state otherwise, we will use your contact details to provide you with information on our services, as well as those offered by companies in our business group related to human resources and training, possibly sending this information to the email address provided.
— An email address is available for you to request any kind of information or raise any query or concern. If you include personal data in your emails or your email address contains personal data, you hereby provide us with authorisation to include them in the corresponding files, if NORTEMPO believes that doing so is appropriate, and said data will be regulated by this privacy policy.
NORTEMPO reserves the right to decide whether or not to include your personal data in its files.
The user will be solely responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused to NORTEMPO or any third party by entering false, inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or third-party data in the corresponding forms.
Rights of access, amendment, cancellation and opposition of your personal data

Communication of data
NORTEMPO hereby informs you that your data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and that they will only be used internally and for the purposes indicated. We will not assign or communicate your data to any third party, with the exceptions provided for by law and in the following instances:
To companies that form part of NORTEMPO, as indicated in the header of the legal notices on this website, in order to send commercial information related to human resources and training that our companies may provide, in addition to passing candidates' CVs to companies in order to provide them with greater employment opportunities or training courses to enhance their knowledge.
Candidates' details may be transferred to interested third parties during personnel selection processes.
Security of your personal data
With a view to safeguarding your personal data, we hereby inform you that NORTEMPO has adopted all technical and organisational measures required to ensure the security of the personal data provided against modification, loss and unauthorised processing or access, as required under Royal Decree No. 1720/2007, which regulates the regulation of security measures concerning files containing personal data. However, the user must bear in mind that online security measures are not impenetrable.

In order to keep your personal data up to date, it is important that you inform us of any changes to them, otherwise, we will not be held responsible for their veracity.
